本課程內容以最近5年膜運輸研究(membrane trafficking)相關的期刊論文為主。課程會依據以下部分，找尋適當的期刊論文研讀與討論

課程目標 |
This course is based on lectures and discussions on recent research in the field of membrane trafficking. Lectures and discussions explore the pathology, molecular mechanisms, and therapeutic aspects of membrane trafficking. Topics include Biomembrane Structure, General Mechanism of Vesicular Trafficking, Studying Membrane Remodeling, Endocytosis, Recycling, Endosomal transport, Exosome, Autophagy, Lysosome, etc. Through literature reading and group discussion, the students should understand the recent discoveries in the field of membrane trafficking and its influence in human diseases. | |

不遲到早退, 積極參與課堂間的報告與討論
Students are expected to give oral presentations in class based on a selected journal article from the reading list. There is one final exam. |
